Here are some troubleshooting options that you can try.

Hey all, I am having a issue with my raspberry setup. My Waveshare 4G HAT works fine, but sometimes it reconnects the USB interface. In the logs it says it disconnects and after 5 sec it connects again. Could this be a driver issue? How can I resolve this issue? OS: Raspbian Bullseye 64bit Software:...

Re: Found conflict between Network Manager and RNDIS 4g modem SIM7600
I got to the cause and found an axe, not solution.
The root cause is Modem Manager which comes with network manager, MM is known for grabbing ports randomly and I found no fix on that. It needs to grab port to work in the first place.
But I manage to disable it and 4G still works

Found conflict between Network Manager and RNDIS 4g modem SIM7600
This has driven me mad for a few days, now I found the conflict, but way beyond my skill level to solve. Symptom Summary AT command port of /dev/ttyUSB2 is always busy, using sudo minicom in terminal can work 80% of the time but not always responsive. Totally can't use it in node red even if running...
