Graphical layers configuration do not stick after reboot

Hello, for those that dont get what I mean with the title, if you use right click on an application you will see the option layers. You can put the window of the application always on top, bottom or normal.

So I put lxpanel always on top but after a reboot its back to normal. How to make the changes permanent?

If you are using the default Raspbian PIXEL desktop environment, then the following should work...

1. Copy the default Raspbian PIXEL Openbox XML config to your home directory.

Thanks alot you fixed 2 problems at the same time haha. The chromium browser layer and the problem I was having where the taskbar didn't pop up from below because the windows covered it. I just edited

If you are using the default Raspbian PIXEL desktop environment, then the following should work...

1. Copy the default Raspbian PIXEL Openbox XML config to your home directory.
