loader.bin NOT FOUND HEEEELLLLPPPPPPP!!!
I downloaded and imaged Raspbian Wheezy using Win32 and had a bit of a problem.. There is nothing on the display (Tevion 26" TV). The red PWR LED is lighting up normally but the OK green LED is blinking three times. I looked up this problem and according to many websites, " if the OK LED blinks three times, then loader.bin is not found" I put the sd card in my {Windows 7 emachines} PC and indeed, loader.bin isn't there. My question is... How do I get loader.bin?????
Re: loader.bin NOT FOUND HEEEELLLLPPPPPPP!!!
loader.bin should not exist in current Pi firmware. It was removed in October 2012.
I am not sure what three flashes actually means these days, but you do not want to try to repair the firmware in place anyway. Evidently something went wrong installing the image onto the SD card, so you need to try again rather than attempt to fix it.
Make sure you have no programs or windows open during the install, and that you "safely remove" the card before ejecting it. If you have difficulty installing a Raspbian IMG file you might try the NOOBS installation method instead (or vice versa). The two methods use different software, so are not likely to have the same failure modes.

According to the sticky here http://www.raspberrypi.org/forum/viewto ... 84#p437084 it now means it cannot find start.elf.
You probably need to re-flash your SD card.

Hi, I will do that later. I have start.elf. Win32 wont respond at the moment so I cant reflash. I'll try again later.

The OK light is constantly flashing, sometimes is steady and sometimes not at all. It is hard to explain what is going on with the led now but there is nothing on the display
