I have only one question, Can we run LabVIEW exe. file in Raspberry PI B ?
if Yes then How?

You can NOT run x86 'exe' LabView.
If they have a Raspberry Pi version for Raspbian, that would work - but not an 'exe'
I seem to recall that there was a Pi runtime available at one point.

You can now deploy LabVIEW code to run on the Pi, although only for personal non-commercial use. (see also here).
