GPIO Status Overview

Is there any way to get an overview of the current status of my GPIO, to display for each pin if it is configured as input or output and if it is currently on or off? It would be a great help when trouble shooting projects.

Thanks

Re: SDA reads 5v

Well the comments prompted me to de-solder all pins and test again. With nothing connected the SDA pin is 3.3v so yes it was a problem with my soldering. I have re-soldered the sensor and it is now working :D
Thanks for your help

Re: SDA reads 5v

It didn't come with a header, I soldered it. I have removed the connection to GPIO2 and it still reads 5v. I cannot see any solder bridges and all other pins measure to what I would expect.
Guess I will buy another Pi when they are in stock again :(
Thanks for your help anyway.

SDA reads 5v

I am trying to use an Adafruit STEMMA moisture sensor with a Pi Zero. I have tried it with a Pi3 and it works fine but on the Zero it does not detect the sensor. Investigating the differences I see that the SDA pin (GPIO2) measures 5v on the Zero but 3.3v on the Pi3. It is still 5v even with nothing...

Re: Adafruit STEMMA Soil Sensor - __init__().. Fixed!

Fixed it! I think I had an incorrect version of adafruit-circuitpython-seesaw. I uninstalled all of the adafruit modules and then ran
sudo pip3 install adafruit-circuitpython-seesaw
and it is now working

Adafruit STEMMA Soil Sensor - __init__() got multiple values for argument 'addr'

Trying to get an Adafruit STEMMA Soil Sensor to work with my Pi. I have enabled i2c and installed the adafruit libraries. This is the code I am using import time from board import SCL, SDA import busio from Adafruit_Seesaw.seesaw import Seesaw i2c_bus = busio.I2C(SCL, SDA) ss = Seesaw(i2c_bus, addr=...

Re: modprobe fails on os version - Solved

I did do an upgrade to Buster by editing /etc/apt/sources.list and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/raspi.list, and apt update upgrade and reboot more times than I can remember, but I think it must be related to that.
Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the replies. I had seen https://github.com/JECSand/yahoofinancials/issues/71. Pi OS - Cannot save setup

I have downloaded Raspberry Pi OS (32-bit) Lite, burnt to SD and booted my Pi. It opens up a window for initial setup, set new password, select language etc. I go through that, looks OK, I tell it to reboot and it does. When it restarts, however, it displays the initial startup screen again. How do ...

OK I think I have fixed it. Looks like my /etc/owfs.conf file was screwed up. I was expecting it to have the default file with the fake server, but that wasn't there. I deleted that and created a new one and it is working again.
