Re: [SOLVED] How to measure VSYS

Following this topic , what is the input impedance on all ADC input pins? Next question what's the maximum voltage the ADC input can tolerate ? My interest in this topic is I want to use my PICO to follow the 5V powerline voltage dips on a RPi3+ with two servos where undervoltage dips occassionally ...

Here is a scriptcode where two potentiometers connected to Pins 27 28 controls two servos on Pins 0 and 1 from machine import Pin, PWM, ADC analogvalue1 = machine.ADC(28) analogvalue2 = machine.ADC(27) pwm1 = PWM(Pin(0)) pwm2 = PWM(Pin(1)) while True: reading = analogvalue1.read_u16() pwm1.duty_u16(...

Re: MG995 Servo motor with Pico

Below is a basic servo library that will show you the principles, put it in a file called servo.py, and then you can import it and use it. Works with the sg90 servo. from servo import Servo pwmPin=0 #change for your pin motor=Servo(pwmPin) motor.move(45) # move to 45 degrees Hi, I am trying to get ...

3,3 V out on PIN 36

How much load ( mAmps ) can I put on the 3,3V output before I get smokesignals. Whats the purpose of 3V3_EN PIN 37. And generally how many mA load on GPIO's ?

ADC to control Servo position

Hello Forum, Yesterday I received my PICO. I have tried to get familiar using howto control LED's, PIR-sensor , and ultrasound successfully. Next step is to use a potentiometer on ADC input and get a PWM signal to drive a Servo to a position set by potentiometer position. Problem is which library ( ...

If I understand correctly, you actually need to measure the Voltage between pins 4 and 6 on the RPi. as there is a small voltage drop on on the GND wire from the PS to the RPi also...

Re: Controlling a servo motor

Hi, I have successfully found a solution to control two servos using keyboard up-down-left-right keys. First you need to install PiBits which installs ServoBlaster. Follow this link https://github.com/richardghirst/PiBits/issues/24. Please be aware installing ServoBlaster can be tricky, was for me a...

Re: DCF77 time signal emulator by Raspberry Pi Zero WH

dcfake77 will wait until the next full minute until it starts sending pulses to GPIO. L Yes indeed I noticed. all three Auriol radioclocks grabs the signal around 1,5 meter away. My wristwatch Citizen Eco-Drive however needs to be quite close 30cm. My antenna coil is made of stranded wire 0,5mm onl...

Ok, Installation done according to your advice. I have a 560 ohm resistor in series with the antennacoil connected to physical pin 7 GPIO4, the other end of the coil connected to gnd pin 6. Starting the process using sudo ./dcfake77 shows time ticking on my screen, but I cannot see any pulses on on ...

Re: DCF77 time signal emulator by Raspberry Pi Zero WH

This is to extend the signal range to about ten meters. Please let me know the circuit around the amplifier LM386 and ferrite rod antenna once you have conducted successful tests. I have four radiocontrolled clocks which occasionally synchronize to the DCF77 radiosignal. I have also built the setup...
