Re: 3A+ PWR/ACT LED control from config.txt?

it should be possible using something similar to how people move it to a gpio pin but setting option to off (i think it a "dtparam" command that you add)

Re: Raspberry pi 4 accessories

to use multiple hats you need a multi expander https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/phat ... 8973392906

but i advise checking here https://pinout.xyz/ to see which pins are in use by each to be sure there are no clashes

Re: GPIO and L + R audio

are you wanting to output to the atari speaker??
if yes then you will need to connect a small amplifier between the pins on the pi and the speaker

Re: i2c setup/configuration help plz

by primary and secondary, i mean i2c-1 is the primary used pins for i2c, and the eeprom pins/i2c-0 are the secondary.

in my setup gpio3 is used for shutdown/startup button, but i need to use i2c for my imu's so i must use i2c-0 gpio 0 & 1.

ive decided to go with the imu option. it seems the simplest i can just connect to i2c and get current direction then compare to which way the chassis is pointing. i mounted it in the center of the turret inside the gun so as a bonus it tells me what angle the gun is raised at. thanks for all the ad...

Re: I am building my first robot with Raspberry Pi 4

from that diagram you would need to replace the 9v battery with 4AA batteries and you would need a power supply for the pi (eg.. https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/powerboost-1000-charger-rechargeable-5v-lipo-usb-boost-1a-1000c and https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/lithium-ion-battery-pack?variant=...

a good place to start with robotics is the camjam edukit 3, it comes with most of the parts needed to make a small rover.
