of course, vulkan 1.2 is out and its 1.2.200.
but for Rpi V3DV driver is 1.1, you can check mesa-git source code.

If I understand correctly, that netboot stuff is just rogue output from the UEFI and can safely be ignored. I can say that netbooting does not occur during the boot process, though if you want more information I suggest asking the WoR developers themselves. net booting check take too long, 5 minute...

test wor-flasher, downloads part everything went well then reboot from device.
but error occurred when windows installation around 40%, try twice the same error.
anyone have this issue?
