I have removed all YT cookies and adjusted the browser to disallow any new ones. That works for me.

What does "in Windows" and "in Linux" even mean ?
Hm, bash and the tools I'm used to. Nice implementation of microemacs. Things like that. I'm happy *x survied in the server market and medium sized enterprises now often use Linux servers. Makes things easy imo.

Low resistance is a key requirement. That's why the cable of the original Pi adaptor is so short.

Thanks for the explanation! :)

Re: Can you make a Pi400 only power on via F10 not by power being applied?

May I ask why you need such a feature? One would think that the only reason to connect a Pi to power is to use it. No critics, I'm just curious.

And no, unfortunately I don't have an answer.

Re: Advice before buying: Raspberry Pi 400 performance with Google Docs?

I'm a user of Libre and the Google apps. File size matters. It basically runs well until you run into the memory limits. But do yourself a favour and try one before ordering them for your class. I did and refrained from using them in school. The Keyboards were not ok back then. That might have chang...

Would you pay extra for a Pi 400 with mechanical keyboard? If yes, how much are you willing to pay? If no, why? No need for a Fiat 500 with Mercedes interior. Pi 400 crashes on ultra wide monitor

Had the Pi 400 on a Dell 3440x1440 pixel monitor with no problems at work. Now I got a new LG, and the Pi crashes about 10 seconds after the desktop comes up. Don't know really where to start. Anyone experienced the same and has an explanation and a solution? OS is up to date.

Thank you guys!

Might be coincidence, but I've checked that option and also the first checkbox in the h264ify add-on (leaving the others unchecked). No problems after that.

Edit: Today it's gone again  .

YouTube and h264ify on Pi 400 not working

Latest RPiOS, 32 bit. After a full upgrade, youtube videos load, cache is filled, keyframes are visible in the timeline but video not playing. Instead the circle circles on and on. Figured out when I uncheck "Enable h264ify", videos load.

Any solutions?

screen capture with editing and copying to clipboard

Is there a screenshot software that offers editing and copying to clipboard? Shutter doesn't seem to work, the nice ksnip depends on Qt5, and I don't think I can build everything to get it running. I'm looking for something similar to screenpresso for the Pi.

No fix was ever offered though? It's a firmware issue as far as I can tell.
Yes, but the firmware sits on a seperate MCU not programmable by the SoC. There's no fix unless you reflow a MCU with a good firmware. Maybe ISP would be possible? Dunno.

The latest keyboards should be improved over the original Pi one, we've been working on making it better. Although how that one got through testing is a bit odd.
Is it possible to buy one of those seperately?
