I have a similar Bluetooth OBD-II module. I wonder what I'd need to do to make it work with the RPI. It's annoying to prototype with the car nearby running but I'll try it out.

+1 one. It's not a question of how well it renders on mobile devices. It's a question of better user experience than plain old HTML forums. I'd take Tapatalk on Mac OS (if it existed) over any HTML forum.
