Re: Nicotine package not available on bullseye.

Dropped by Debian maintainers and as a result also discontinued in Raspbian See https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=955514 Please remove nicotine. It's one of the two last remaining blockers of the pygtk removal and hasn't seen a maintainer upload since 2011. It can be reintroduced whe...

Was it ever included? That app was provided by sakaki (https://github.com/sakaki-/raspbian-nspawn-64), but is no longer supported. It's in the Pi (not Raspbian) pi@raspi4b:~$ apt policy raspbian-nspawn-64 raspbian-nspawn-64: Installed: (none) Candidate: 1.4.8-1 Version table: 1.4.8-1 500 500 http:/...

Re: Repo changed from "stable" to "oldstable", what does this mean?

Greetings, I have an existing buster image I want to maintain without upgrading to bullseye. Do I need to apply any changes to prevent a future auto upgrade to bullseye? and Do I need to adjust any repository paths to continue to update/upgrade buster in the future? thx No and No. Raspbian / Debian...

Re: pygame.error: video system not initialised

Thank you for this and apologies for the lack of indentation - when i pasted the code it had the correct indentation, but it somehow got lost when I posted - I have to admit I am quite new to this, so I must have handled sth incorrectly. Formatting is still there but is only visible in code blocks....

Not at the moment as there is no suitable memory module available

Be careful : due to the current shortages, you might receive your kit very late.
It may not be the same everywhere, but here in the UK Pi4 4GB (which OP is looking at) is in stock from several authorised resellers.
The main problem seems to be the 2GB version

True, and I did see those but they tended to recommend renting a VPN over using a pi for some reason (presumably because VPNs can be more powerful, but you have to pay the continuous cost which I think would be an overkill for using Mautic and a web server for a site receiving about 30 new visitors...

Pi kernel is in the RPF/RPT repository, not the Raspbian one On PiOS you should have /etc/apt/sources.list.d/raspi.list default content: deb http://archive.raspberrypi.org/debian/ buster main untested # Uncomment line below then 'apt-get update' to enable 'apt-get source' #deb-src http://archive.ras...
