For those of you who had to install drivers, can anyone link me to what you used. The ones on wavesshare's website do not work and the various versions of gobiserial.c I have found haven't worked.

Hi everyone, I'm trying to get my pi2b to connect via the waveshare 4G hat but I've run into some issues. I am having the same issue. I can send commands via minicom but cannot get it to show up in ifconfig. I'm using a pi2b so my serial is is ttyAMA0. Did you ever find a solution?

Well after fighting with this I decided to purchase a new dongle. Works great so I am not sure what was wrong with the first one.
