 Not that I'm aware of.
The good old "dump" command and it's "restore" comanion does it, but as ext filesystem does not have a snapshot feature you'll have to take extra care ... easier to use "fstrim", pull the sd-card, dd + compress it.

You need to clear all unused blocks of you sd-card. Depending on your card you can either use fstrim (preferred way, uses OS aka "firmware" of the sd-card): # fstrim / ... or you can manually flush the card, but that's bad for livetime: # dd if=/dev/zero of=/0 bs=128M status=progress # syn...

1) someone to build a magic tool that turns a Pi running an arbitrary OS and your software into a graphic wonder ?
2) someone that builds a OS image that turns a Pi into a graphic wonder so that you can run run your software on it?

There is an autorouter for KiCAD (wrtitten in java) and I have used it on 2 or 3 projects when I leared KiCAD. In the end it was not worth the trouble: it generated bizzare pcbs, so all vias had to be changed by hand, so after some hours I kicked the autorouter. Problems with signal interfering star...
