Booting from a fresh uSD with 10/30 image installed. Package updater shows available updates -> selecting to install -> finished -> message window asks for reboot. Clicking on 'reboot' button has no effect, windows closes and RPi continues without rebooting. 2021-12-02-122126_960x720_scrot.jpg yest...

also nice, RasPi OS Bullseye now can read full encrypted BitLocker partitions after you installed the package libblockdev-crypto2 see https://forums.raspberrypi.com/viewtopic.php?t=320587 but there are also two glitches: if you use the option to remember the passphrase, you get the following error m...

hi, with RasPi OS Bullseye it is now possible to mount a full BitLocker encrypted partition. BitLocker_1.png the only thing you have to install is libblockdev-crypto2 package, before you try to mount a Bitlocker encrypted partition. to prevent this message: Error unlocking /dev/sda1: The function 'b...

My Buster install hasn't worked I deleted all the YouTube cache it will work one visit and then crash the next. Firefox isn't a good option as some videos don't play with sound.
BTW: Firefox-esr under Bullseye has no issues with sound anymore.

Re: SSD seems to have Input/Output errors after rsync process. How to check for corrupted files?

maybe while copying the files your SSD run the RPi to a undervoltage situation... S.M.A.R.T. reports only issues of the drive itself, it does not report issues with the partitions nor filesystems on the media. try fsck command to check/repair the filesystem of a partition. i guess fsck will not show...

in case you still have all the data from your 3TB medium and OpenMediaVault available, it is maybe easier to start from scratch. then you can use the "SD Card Copier" tool that is normally installed by default under "Accessories" in the menu. this will transfer the actual running...

A workaround is to use Firefox 78.15.0esr (32 bits) but Firefox seems not like all videos. On some of them, I have no sound. RaspiOS Buster messed up with the PulseAudio configuration since they switched to it last year... Use the actual Bullseys image of RaspiOS, there Firefox has sound back again...

is this not a good case for a container solution like docker or maybe flatpack to isolate the buster stuff from the bullseye stuff.
i would be scared about making my bullseye environment unstable with installing buster packages.
