Yes, as you've now discovered, his instructions work well.

I've now tried the same µSD card in a Pi3, and the audio stutters, along with jerky graphics, so Pi4 is a much better device for this application.

Re: ip camera

I don't have your exact camera, and I use iOS, no dea on Android. However, video0 is on the App store, but it doesn't find my camera. So, look on your Android store for Lan Scan HD or Fing, then do a network scan which should show your camera's IP address, along with any open ports it has. Good luck.

I use the attached line from a terminal window.

You may need to change some of the arguments to ffmpeg.

Whilst the OMX implementation, for example, on the Pi is old, it has proven extremely versatile and that versatility has heavily influenced me on more than one occasion when deciding in favour of the Pi over the Jetson. I appreciate that evolution is not possible without a modicum of change.......

There is no setting option for bluealsa in these apps.
It doesn't matter: just set the default in your

.asoundrc

to be your bluetooth speakers, then any app' that uses a default ALSA setting will go to your bluetooth device.

Any, so for example, file on SD card or usb discs, or local network, or remote site (ethernet). Several players exhibit the same behaviour, but I typically use omxplayer, so eg.,

$ omxplayer -o alsa somemusicfile

Wifi turned off.
