what I want is very simple.....
be transported to 2027...through a port hole in the space-time continuum...

the more complicated one is:
a content and peaceful life in the country side.... ;)

Re: Available current from GPIO

I don't want to pressure my RPi's GPIO....
so I set a 10mA draw as my absolute maximum limit... noting the total maximum current draw for all GPIO combined

or use a transistor array (or I2C I/O expansion module) for loads that require larger current

Re: Pi4B with 32GB microSDXC to larger.

the easiest is to use RPiOS's SD Card Copier
that's what I used to transfer my 32GB microSD card RPiOS system to a 60GB SSD (or 128GB USB thumbdrive or 240GB SSD)

just make sure you select the proper SOURCE drive and TARGET drive...

Samsung Evo PLUS, SanDisk Ultra, Kioxia Exceria, Gigastone CameraPlus there are also from Transcend, Team and Kingston... if your microSD's make and model is not listed above.... you're free to doubt what you...

I have a Pi4 running as a headless file/printer/Plex server with a 1TB USB drive attached. I went for a 1TB as I thought "I'll never fill that up". Obviously I've now filled it up (well, 90%). Question is, do I weigh out on a second 1TB for around £80 or replace with a 2TB at double that ...

Hit the flag at the bottom of one of the posts to report the message to a moderator. In the report, ask them to unlock the thread. better if make a new topic with almost the same title then link the old topic to it... but since the OP has already made one, just rename the topic title to get better ...

that, however, is how I "split the power" from one source to several devices....

most people call it "parallel load connection" ;)

it may be "a lot more work", but I'd rather have that than "a lot more problems" later on :D
