Lucky in Texas we have a UV index predicted to be 10+, though thankfully we're still not breaking any records for hottest day or anything like that. Still I sure would like to see some rain reach me, I don't live in a desert and I'd prefer to keep it that way ;)

Too be fair, you could get adapters, or R-pi could be shipped with a micro to standard hub, but that would make it more expensive again. :/

I think that what's happening here is it is displaying new post since last log-on. Since most of us just stay "logged in" between opening the forum doesn't recognize you as ever having left and just keeps adding topics to the "new" list

It would also be nice if you could download a basic image on-line (possibly via torrents). That way you would have the option of quickly changing the OS on the SD card or restoring things to a factory default setting without having to waste space on the SD card for a "Restore Partition"
