"Hope someone can help. "

Unlikely, on the basis of the [lack of] information provided.

What model of RPi board?

What Operating System is it running? What changes to the 'as installed' configuration have you made?

What other utilities or applications are running, if any?

What is the nature of the LAN infrastructure you are connecting to? A home 'broadband internet' router? Something in a workplace or other business or institution?

Hi,

Hardware : Raspberry pi 4 2gb
OS : raspbian buster

Just running web server.

nothing change to network config. all default. run no problem with kernel 4.19.118-v7l+#1311

network connect to home rounter.

add new AP using tplink TN-WN725N for direct connect to pi

ssid=****
interface=wlan1
hw_mode=g
channel=7
wmm_enabled=0
macaddr_acl=0
auth_algs=1
ignore_broadcast_ssid=0
wpa=2
wpa_key_mgmt=WPA-PSK
wpa_pairwise=TKIP
rsn_pairwise=CCMP
ctrl_interface=/var/run/hostapd
ctrl_interface_group=0
wpa_passphrase=***

Have you got the correct drivers for that WN725N ? See the extensive discussion here:
