Fail to install VScode on raspberry pi 3b

I try to install vscode via the following command

However, the following error come out and the installation is not success.

That's your error.

You'll need to get the GPG key from https://packagecloud.io/gpg.key and install that in your APT system.

wget -qO - https://packagecloud.io/gpg.key | sudo apt-key add -
Languages using left-hand whitespace for syntax are ridiculous

thank you for your reply, should I just type in

 wget -qO - https://packagecloud.io/gpg.key | sudo apt-key add -
then type in my original command? Same error was received afterward. :(
