SPI-EEPROM Full-Dump

Hello,

Iam looking for a way to read out complete contents of an SPI-EEPROM.
I would prefer a solution with spidev an python.

Can someone provide a good idea, without specifying every single byte to read?
It should be universal to every size of EEPROM.
I would like to a a full-dump. Perfectly in a hex-file.
