First about you electric shaver:
I think you got scammed with this one, you have the S3110 and NOT the S3580. Because when I look at the official webpage. It is stated as a dry electric shaver only. And you can only use water to clean you shaving head.

Fish and earth
When looking back at our fish pond. We have used a uv filter, and the housing of that one is direcly connected to the means earth. And the fish are still swimming strong. I think is also about your savety. Because, if one of the wires (live or neutral) is touching the water. Your fish will not feel it*. However, when you touch the water, you will fill it big time.

And beside that, you pomp should have the correct certifications, then it is (among other things) double isolated and save to use. And if there is no connection to earth, don't make one.
