Sense hat only shows white bar for every letter

I have a pi zero connected to the sense hat and when I try out putting any letter or sentence it just shows white bars for the letters anyone know how to fix this?

Hi,
I have never connected a SenseHat to a zero before, but have plenty of the Raspberry Pi 3B and 4s connected to it without much of a problem. I would check the SenseHat with a full size board and check to see if it is working then. I would then check my pin connections between the zero and the SenseHat to see if that is the issue.
