When i plug my raspberry pi 3b+ in. The power led flashes briefly and then nothing. I have tried different cables and power bricks. I also tried powering it trough the gpio pins, but same issue.
Is there any change it would work still or is it completely dead?

i had a Trash-80 model 1 (circa 1980). upgrading from 4k to 16k of RAM, i thought "i'll never use this much RAM".
Now i have a computer with a million times that much memory. And i keep running out of it.

I am using a phone charger. It has worked before many times with my pi. Also i dont have an official charger.

There is no official charger for an RPi board: it has no components that can be charged.

I can only refer you to information - I can't force you to read it.
In the document I linked previously it says:
"Unfortunately without 3V3, your PI is broken, and is not user repairable."
