Is my RPi3B dead?

Hi all!

I have a RPI3B and its doesn't boot anymore. The red light is on and the green is flashing 4 times in loop.

I try a different sd card with a fresh installation of Rasp OS, different Original PSU and i try to boot from sd card reader with the same results.
Is something else that i can try or is time to recycle it ? Thanks!

How did you install Pi OS?

Have you got another Pi you can test the sd card in?

Yes, i read the sticky. I use Pi imager to install the OS and the sd card is working with a second RPi3B+ . Thanks!
