Here is a little PCB I've created for running the VGA version of MMbasic on the RP2040. The board has been assembled by JLC from my design.
Features are:
USB-C for the CDC connection and power
DS3231 RTC with battery backup
MCP4822 DAC to give high quality audio
SDcard (B: drive)
16Mb Flash used for the firmware and a LittleFS filesystem (A: drive)
PS2 keyboard support (6 languages) with level changing
16 colour VGA in 320x240 resolution or 640x480 resolution with 80x40 tiles which can be coloured from a pallet of 16 colours
Linear regulator
40-pin "Pico" Header with standard pinout
All GPIO pins broken out (5-pin header)

Cost fully assembled and ready to upload the firmware from JLC is around GBP25

Gerbers and design files are freely available on github https://github.com/UKTailwind/PicoMite-VGA-Edition

I would be interested in this, but I have no previous experience of ordering PCBs. Can you recommend a introductory guide on the process of uploading the required files to JLC please?

Also, are the SWD pins broken out on the 5 pin header?
Thanks
