Is it possible to install Kali on a 3A+?

Thu Jun 08, 2023 11:19 am

As the subject says I have an old 3A+ that I will be replacing with a nice 4B 8GB model in a few weeks.
I wanted to try some projects untill that time and one of them was to try some pen testing on my home network.
I saw that Kali on ARM and specifically the normal B type boards needs at least 1GB of RAM and I wanted to see if I try to install the Zero W 2 Kali version which only needs 512MB of RAM on the 3A+ if it works or if I'll just be wasting my time.

The community forums supporting that 3rd-party Operating System would be a good place to ask. https://forums.kali.org/
