Led & Wifi on raspberry pi zero w don't work

I recently bought a raspberry pi zero w, after writing the system to the sd card and after inserting it into the raspberry, after turning it on a led should light up and also create a wifi network where I can connect to be able to control the raspberry, but neither the LED nor the wifi lights up.

Without knowing a lot more there's little that we can do...

Have you tried a basic Raspberry Pi image to see if the Pi will boot with a 'normal' image? With this being a Zero I would test the lite image from https://www.raspberrypi.com/software/ - use the imager and set a user up using the tools (cog).

The things would help are:

1. Where did the image come from?
2. How did you create the image?
3. Do you see anything on the screen?

The Raspberry Pi Zero W takes a long time to boot after starting the computer for the first time. Check your power supply to see if the computer has enough power for the computer, and USB peripherals. I recommend a 5V2A power supply for the Raspberry Pi Zero W.
