Hi all
I was starting to work on a new project and needed a UPS - I remembered the PiJuice from a while back, so headed over to PiSupply to check out the options, but when I went to the store I saw this
https://uk.pi-supply.com/collections/all
and wasn't sure what to make of that! seemed a bit odd to be selling YouTube subscribers and Google Reviews - asked a few friends they agreed it sounded fishy... does anyone here have a view?
As I recall the PiJuice was well received; MagPi gave it 5/5 (https://magpi.raspberrypi.com/articles/pijuice-review) and it certainly does everything I need it to

Re: PiJuice - Advice?
Maybe Pi Supply's website was hacked?
I think the PiJuice team moved on to other things, and the product became unavailable a couple of years back. When I was a reseller I got several requests for it, but we couldn't get stock. A shame, as it seemed to be a decent product

Re: PiJuice - Advice?
@scruss yes that was my concern as well - I have found it being available
my hope was that perhaps it was just a joke, prank or even maybe it was training new staff how to add products and was forgotten to be removed? question is if the software repo could be problematic as well? https://github.com/PiSupply/PiJuice
I had considered using a Witty instead - https://thepihut.com/products/witty-pi- ... spberry-pi ; what I prefer in the PiJuice is that the battery temp is monitored if the sensor is available but mostly the fewer pin conflicts when you look at the pinout - if anyone has experience with the Witty, would love to know how it worked for you

Re: PiJuice - Advice?
Just checked back on the PiSupply site and they are gone now

Re: PiJuice - Advice?
@TheOtherPiGuy I've got a couple that I've never go around to using. If you're interested you can have them for the cost of postage if you are in the UK.
I don't know what state the batteries are in, may need replacing by now as I got these when they fist came out.
