FCC certification

Thu Sep 14, 2023 8:55 am

Hello,

we designed and manufactured Portable device that carry CM4 with Wireless module.
WiFi and BT is being used at certain situations.

We are unsure if and what certification company has to test in order to finish certification for our product.
I know FCC was granted for CM4 but still the company want to test SAR.

Is this really needed? Or can we use some of your certificates to avoid this?

Our compliance team has been extremely busy with the Pi5 launch. I have flagged this up to them.
