MAIN POST: This topic is for showing people how you've customised, and what you've done, with your Pi (software-wise and physically), and getting inspiration from other people's ideas. Just upload some screenshots - and/or photos - showing the results of your software and/or physical activities (I use Imgur), along with an optional description and/or how-to. Questions and on-topic chat are welcome. Have fun! Here's my submission to start things off.
MY SUBMISSION: (Scroll to the bottom for physical setup.) Some time ago, I saw a thread somewhere on this forum, asking "What does your desktop look like" (screenshots of how you've customised your Pi (not only the actual desktop)), and wanted to take a look at it again because I was getting a bit tired of the same old default LXDE... day... after day... after day, and wanted to get some inspiration.

EDIT: got a Samsung SyncMaster 913N monitor off a friend. For someone who's only ever worked with 1024x768 and 1366x768, 1280x1024 is absolutely amazing (cue angels singing). THERE'S SO MUCH SPACE! And the monitor doesn't have any light or dark areas...
