I am having an issue that during boot a small RGB square shows up.
If I reboot the Pi the block disappears and again returns partway through the boot process.
I have updated Wheezy as well as the Pi firmware and no change.
Could I just have a bad display? Seems odd that it wouldn't be present from moment it powers up.
Re: Display Issue - RGB Block
This means your power supply is not sufficient for the task... You should make sure that the one you buy is at least 2A and the cable between the block and the Pi is a good quality one, many of the Chinese power supplies use low quality cables (they are mostly plastic with a tiny bit of copper in the middle
I would suggest the official Raspberry Pi PSU since that's what we made it for!
