My raspberry pi2 sd card slot damaged and pi not booting.i figured out its problem with microsd card slot and managed to run for 2 months with inserting a small piece paper along with micro sd card.
Now that Is not working(paper piece fix).
And I found a pin bend downward and tried to pick it up little with a small needle and the result is broken pin.So I thought it's better to replace the card slot and removed the microsd slot from pcb .
Now the problem is micro card slot is not available in my area .
Tried the mobile spare shops and I figured out the raspberry pi2 card slot is not using by any mobile.
What's I am supposed to do now.?
From Anywhere I can get MicroSD slot to repair my pi

Put your Pi in the trash and get a new one.

This could be a suitable replacement. And it looks as shipping to India is supported for free.

As 10 pieces only cost 1€ (shipping included) it is worth a try. My guess is 30 minutes work with a soldering iron and good magnifying glass. You also get 9 spares in case you ruin it again.
My suggestion is to unsolder it first. Then apply solder on the bare pads and clean up the area with alcohol. After that put the new part in the correct place. Solder one corner to the board to keep it in place. Then heat up the pads with a clean soldering iron. No more tin. Keep the iron at 255 degrees Celcius. (Or use hot air through a very small nozzle if you have this option available.)
It is definitely worth to spend a little time in fixing this. €35 for 30 minutes of work. And you learn to work with small electronics at the same time.

Drag soldering is more difficult than spreading the tin first and then heating. But if you get bridges you can use drag soldering to get rid of the bridges. I hate to clean up afterwards. Most people don't have fresh solder paste in their fridge. Also making a solder mask is difficult and costly. If you have a smd workstation then things are easier.

They are likely unused pads for the card-detect switch built into the socket.

Some of the compatible micro sd slot are available in aliexpress but without card detect

You can safely ignore them, they are not required for correct operation.
All that is needed is GND, 3V3, CLK, CMD & D0-D3 (the 8 pads in a row, function not in my quoted order though). And the shield soldering, so that the socket is anchored mechanically.
