I setup Rasbian on a 32GB sd card and inserted it into Raspberry Pi 3 Model B(V1.2). When I swtch on the Raspberry Pi, It's boot stuck at .
It get power from a power adapter(5v = 3000mA)
Keyboard and mouse is connected.(When I removed the keyboard and mouse and switched on the raspberry pi, it stuck at "polkit.service")
How can I overcome from this?

What did you put in /etc/rc.local?

Try this:
[CTRL]+[ALT]+[PRT SC]
[R]
[CTRL]+[ALT]+[F2]

That will terminate the rc.local process and give you a command line login screen.

If that doesn't work you'll need a second SDCard and a USB SDCard reader. Boot plain Raspbian from the second SDCard as a "rescue system". Mount the broken SDCard in the USB reader and undo the damage.
