New to raspberry trouble writing os to sd

Hello I’m new to the pi, I downloaded the pi imager and I was trying to write the os but I keep getting a sending error message says connection was reset. Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated thanks

Download the standalone Raspberry Pi Operating System .zip, then offer the .zip file to Pi-Imager:
