Need help with Raspberry LCD TouchScreen 7"

Mon Jun 20, 2022 7:44 pm

Hello everyone, I need help. For one project I work with Raspberry PI3 B+ and RPI 7" LCD display. The display is connected to the Raspberry via DSI. To power the Raspberry and the display, 2 PWM sources are used on the L5973D (one is not enough for simultaneous power supply of B+ and the display), the circuit (the whole did not fit, but everything is simply duplicated there):

At some point, the L5973D that powers the display, instead of output 5V, gave it 12V, and, accordingly, smoke went up. When examining the display board, the U2 element burned down:

Does anyone know what U2 is? The marking on its body is RM8yC, according to this marking BD53E52G is googled, but it does not fit here for the purpose of the pins (the element on the board 1 and 3 pins is 5V, 2 pin is GND). Please help me, I really need to restore the display
